SHIPPING

We currently ship our online orders to the United States only.

If you live outside the United States, please email us at michelle@mynaptimejewelry.com indicating the products you would like to order and your address, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
 
Shipping - United States Only

Standard shipping under 1.5 lb - $3.00
Standard shipping 1.5-3.0 lb - $4.00
Standard shipping over 3.0 lb - $7.00

Complimentary delivery for orders over $25

All available shipping methods, with stated timelines, can be found in the cart upon checkout. During peak seasons, expedited and rush shipping may not be available. In the rare event your order is lost in transit once shipped, we are not responsible, but will do what we can to help you locate it. We cannot change the shipping method once an order has been placed.

Timeline

All non-Custom orders are shipped within 48 hours of payment clearing (excluding weekends and federal holidays).
Custom orders ship within 5 days of purchase, unless Naptime Aromatherapy Co. discloses different shipping timelines in your listing.

Most US domestic parcels are delivered within 5-8 days; depending on local postal service. Delays due to incorrect address, inclement weather, acts of God, etc., are not responsibility of Naptime Aromatherapy Co.

 

RETURNS

It is important to us that you love your order! If it is not quite what you expected, we are happy to return it for a different item, or issue a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

Subject to the Terms and Conditions provided, you are entitled to return products if you change your mind about the products within thirty (30) calendar days from receipt. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If an error occurs on our end, we will remake the piece free of charge or issue a refund. 

Please note the following in respect to returns:
- The products should not have been used, worn, washed altered or damaged. 
- The identification tag with the disposable seal should still be attached to the products; and 
The products should be returned in their original packaging.

Please note that we are unable to accept returns of the following products:
1. Sealed products that were opened following delivery, where return of such products is unsuitable for health or hygiene reasons (for example, underwear and fragrances);
2. Products that are personalized or made to your specifications; or
3. Products that have become inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.

Additional non-returnable items:
* Gift cards
* Some health and personal care items
* Perishable products

All returned products will be checked by Naptime Aromatherapy Co., within five (5) working days from the time we receive the parcel and send you an email confirming acceptance of the returned products and the refund due to you. In the case of a denied return our customer service will notify you of the reason and the package will be returned to you. Please note that various payment providers have different processing times for refunds and it may take a number of working days for refunds to be processed back to your original form of payment.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at michelle@mynaptimejewelry.com and send your item to: 2168 3rd St., White Bear Lake, MN, 55110, United States.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 2168 3rd St., White Bear Lake, MN, 55110, United States.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

You must insure the item to cover you for loss or damage while in transit.
Delivery Confirmation is strongly suggested.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Naptime Aromatherapy Co. cannot accept responsibility for any item that is returned until it is in our physical possession. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
