Flowering tea, or blooming tea, is made by wrapping tea leaves around dry flowers. When the resulting dry bundle is steeped, it unfurls to create a beautiful flower while infusing the water with delicate but flavorful tea.
Gently place one tea bulb into a teapot or mug of just under boiling water. Steep until the leaves have completely opened (3-5 minutes) and enjoy. For best results, use filtered water and a transparent pot or mug. Feel free to re-steep the blossom 2-3 times.
